In part one of the Playmaker Athletic Training Series we show you the most effective warm-ups. Before a game or practice session, athletes should perform a dynamic warm-up instead of the traditional static warm-up. An athlete can loose up to 30% of their power performing a static warm-up before competing. Dynamic warm-ups prepare the body for more intense work to follow.
